Slovakia

Slovakia seemed like an interesting place to visit – it is the other half of old Czechoslovakia. The states were separated as independent countries in 1993, following the 1989 Velvet Revolution.

It is a surprisingly interesting place, invaded multiple times over centuries.  We saw castles and wineries, caves and mountains.
