We drove from Yerevan in Armenia to Tbilisi in Georgia. I have no idea which route we took, but the journey was somewhere between 260 and 300km. The weather was cold and the first snow of the season was falling.
Georgia seemed more civilised, perhaps because the weather was better. We enjoyed exploring Tbilisi.
We hired a car and toured the Kakheti wine region – loved comparing the neolithic stone jar wine to the contemporary style.
