Starting in Kuala Lumpur
Two days in Kuala Lumpur. Travelling light is a challenge. Shops are wonderful, but we have to consider every little thing we buy. So far just camera batteries and cards.
– We walked, shopped, walked, took photos, walked, ate.
– We conquered the KLIA Express, monorail and the Putra Line.
Back to Kuala Lumpur
We returned to Kuala Lumpur for our last day. We’d seen all the sights, temples and palaces, markets and street stalls. We intended to go up the Petronus Towers, but at 10am the queue was full for the day.
A quick taxi ride to the Kuala Lumpur Lake Gardens (Taman Tasik Perdana) where we spent hours in the Butterfly Park and a little less but more rushed time in the Bird Park. They were both fantastic!
