We flew into San Jose, took a shuttle bus to Manuel Antonio to see some animals in the wild, then flew back to San Jose and onward to Mangua in Nicaragua.
As a friend commented, the Cessnas are the work horse of the 3rd world and we certainly experienced flying in smaller aircraft at 3,000 feet rather than 30,000 feet. What a great way to see the forests and volcanic mountains of this region.
